After processing (sterilizing, ripening) the product must be un-loaded from the basket/trolley onto collection and accumulation belt table to be singlizing into one or more lanes feeding into the final labelling, pricing and packaging system.
The reason for automating un-loading is normally due to high speed of production.
Depending on packing form, shape and stability equipment will require different tool-design for transferring/moving product from single- to multi position e.g. Robot Technology, or more simplistic electro-pneumatic Technology.
Due to flexibility special Vacuum Lifting Plate is very often used to move a complete layer of packings from the crate/trolley onto the belt table, because this system will be able to handle any product independent of having magnetic product packing.
