for unloading of all type of Containers from Pallets

DEPALLETIZER MODEL DT – VACUUM for unloading of various sizes of glass jars/cans and plastic trays on pallets. 

Containers are un-loaded upon DATA by Micro-Processor in associated software – programable by Touch Screen – of the machine.

De-Palletizer includes:

PALLET MAGAZINE for one waiting full pallet

Manual removal of outside top layer plastic/carton hood and strip-belting

AUTOMATIC infeed by roller conveyors of new filled pallet to unloading station

Operator start of un-loading program

Horizontal/Vertical moving:

X-Y Horizontal/Vertical moving ROBOT ARM equipped with vacuum suction matt check for highest layer by height-detecting sensor

Automatic operating High Pressure Fan for creating vacuum for the lifting operation

X-Y Horizontal/Vertical moving ROBOT ARM equipped with vacuum suction matt starts to remove top layer of glass jars

X-Y Horizontal/Vertical moving ROBOT ARM equipped with vacuum suction matt unload the total glass jar layer on the accumulation belt-table

X-Y Horizontal/Vertical moving ROBOT ARM equipped with vacuum suction matt starts to remove the carton/plastic sheet (between each layer of glass jars) and drop the carton/plastic sheet on an empty pallet placed side by side with the infeed roller conveyor

Automatic:

Automatic discharge of unloaded pallets to waiting position below the accumulation belt-table

Automatic discharge of glass jars by the moving accumulation belt table to the pendincular positioned belt conveyor equipped with moving side/guide rail to singellize the glass jars into one lane.

Integrated mechanical as well as electrical SAFTY system for De-palletizer

Operation of the De-Palletizer by one Menu Programable Microprocessor by attached Touch Screen including Memory for storing of DATA an variouspreviously programmed Menus

Main Accumulation Belting: Raised Rib plastic segment belting with finger transfer to other transfer-belt conveyor.

Singellizing Belting:  Stainless steel belt conveyor with stainless steel modules and equipped with back/forwards moving side/guide rail
