The DANA steam and cooling tunnel integrates extrusion, steam cooking, and rapid cooling into one seamless, high-performance system.

Precision extrusion for consistent products

The DANA extruder processes emulsified meat into uniform strands or ropes, shaped precisely using an exchangeable matrix. Available in 500 mm, 1000 mm, and 1350 mm widths, it supports various shapes and sizes from 3.0 mm to 16 mm.

The duplex model enables simultaneous extrusion of two different products or colors, ensuring flexibility and consistency across batches.

Designed for efficiency, the quick-change matrix system allows for fast product adjustments. The pull-back system minimizes waste by preventing dripping, keeping the cooking belt clean.

With durable stainless steel construction, the extruder ensures safe operation even with bone-containing materials – and it’s easy to clean.

Easy access to sprockets for cleaning

Advanced rotary cutter for precise sizing

The DANA rotary cutter delivers accurate and adjustable chunk sizes, using a variable-speed drive motor for real-time length control.

With a capacity of 500 kg/h to 4,000 kg/h, it can be customized for specific production needs. A low-diameter anti-slip conveyor prevents sticking between the cooling belt and cutter, ensuring smooth operation and easy maintenance.
