The DANA steam and cooling tunnel integrates extrusion, steam cooking, and rapid cooling into one seamless, high-performance system.
Precision extrusion for consistent products
The DANA extruder processes emulsified meat into uniform strands or ropes, shaped precisely using an exchangeable matrix. Available in 500 mm, 1000 mm, and 1350 mm widths, it supports various shapes and sizes from 3.0 mm to 16 mm.
The duplex model enables simultaneous extrusion of two different products or colors, ensuring flexibility and consistency across batches.
Reliable and efficient extruder performance
Designed for efficiency, the quick-change matrix system allows for fast product adjustments. The pull-back system minimizes waste by preventing dripping, keeping the cooking belt clean.
With durable stainless steel construction, the extruder ensures safe operation even with bone-containing materials – and it’s easy to clean.
Advanced rotary cutter for precise sizing
The DANA rotary cutter delivers accurate and adjustable chunk sizes, using a variable-speed drive motor for real-time length control.
With a capacity of 500 kg/h to 4,000 kg/h, it can be customized for specific production needs. A low-diameter anti-slip conveyor prevents sticking between the cooling belt and cutter, ensuring smooth operation and easy maintenance.
Advanced evaporative cooling for rapid processing
The evaporative cooling system quickly removes surface moisture, preventing product sticking and clumping, improving texture while reducing excess water retention.
Maintenance made easy
The built-in Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) system enables automated, thorough cleaning with minimal downtime. The Auto Cover Lift ensures easy maintenance access, making inspections and adjustments hassle-free.
Made in stainless steel, the tunnel meets the highest hygiene and food safety standards for long-lasting performance.
A superior teflon belt leads to great results
The non-stick Teflon belt prevents sticking and burning, allowing for continuous, uninterrupted production. A precision electronic control system keeps the belt aligned, reducing misalignments and ensuring consistent product quality.
Optimized steady steam system
The DANA steam injection system ensures uniform cooking with precise steam distribution across the stainless steel tunnel. A central valve control enables accurate steam adjustments, while efficient condensate removal stabilizes temperatures. Sensors provide real-time monitoring, guaranteeing optimal product consistency every time.
