RDT technology is based on the principles of pressing, rotating, turning, and heating. The process involves transferring mechanical and thermal energy into a meat emulsion to coagulate the protein and any potential carbohydrate sources.

Indirect steam heating for processing ensures no direct steam escape and precise temperature control with minimal environmental impact. The automated cleaning system saves time and labor costs.
