The Gherri Open House 2026 has come to an end. DANA Technology travelled to Parma, Italy, to take part together with the team at Gherri Meat Technology, our partner in Italy. During the event, we welcomed customers for meetings, product presentations, and live testing.
The focus was our Rotary Disc Texturizer (RDT), a patented solution for producing structured, fibrous protein chunks for wet pet food and food. The RDT turns meat emulsions and by-products into premium chunks with a meat-like texture.
Customers saw the machine in operation, discussed their production needs with our team, and tested real applications on site.
»Live testing changes the conversation. When customers see the RDT running and can test real applications on the spot, we move from ideas to concrete possibilities within a single meeting. That is exactly what an open house should do,« says Pedro Fossat, Head of Sales at DANA Technology.
